By accessing the Zahoor Cleaning website or scheduling any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, property owners, and website visitors across Qatar.

These terms govern all service transactions and form a binding contract under the commercial laws of the State of Qatar.

Zahoor Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including house cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa & carpet extraction, move-in/move-out services, and specialized maid services.

All bookings must be submitted through our online platform, customer helpline, or official channels. Appointment confirmations are dispatched via email or SMS.

• Accurate address & contact number must be provided at booking.
• Specific property size & room count details ensure proper team allocation.
• Special requests must be logged prior to the team’s arrival.

Prices listed on our site are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). All final quotes are transparently confirmed prior to starting work. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, digital bank transfer, or cash upon service completion.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge with at least 4 hours notice before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made later than that are charged a dispatch fee of QAR 30.

• Ensure safe property access, uninterrupted electricity, and running water.
• Secure all personal cash, jewelry, and high-value fragile items prior to cleaning.
• Inform our staff of any delicate surfaces, antique materials, or pre-existing damage.

Zahoor Cleaning provides professional cleaners from our own employed staff, equipped with high-grade equipment and cleaning agents.

Our cleaners are strictly prohibited from handling hazardous bio-materials, severe pest infestations, or moving heavy structural furniture over 30kg.

We take immense pride in our work. Before our team leaves, we walk through the job with you and fix anything missed on the spot. Noticed something later? Tell us within 1 hour of the job finishing and we'll come back to fix it free.

All branding, logo graphics, content, and website assets belong exclusively to Zahoor Cleaning Services W.L.L.

Customer privacy is governed under our dedicated Privacy Policy.

Zahoor Cleaning reserves the right to terminate service or refuse bookings in cases of unsafe working conditions or inappropriate conduct.

Terms may be modified periodically. Continued use of our booking portal implies acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the State of Qatar.
