Yes, our standard minimum booking is 3 hours (QAR 105). Most cleaning companies across Qatar maintain a three or four hour minimum because travel transit time across Doha and setup make shorter visits uneconomic.

Hourly is ad hoc — you book only when you need it, and the person varies based on route availability. Part-time is a fixed recurring weekly slot, priced lower per visit because predictable scheduling reduces our travel downtime and operational costs.

Our monthly packages are QAR 370 for 4 visits a month and QAR 550 for 6 visits a month, each visit 3 hours. Equipment is included; cleaning materials are optional at +QAR 30 per visit; skip them if you have your own. It works out cheaper per visit than hourly booking because the schedule is fixed. You can book a service through our website by selecting your preferred cleaning service, date, time, and location. Once your request is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm the booking.

Equipment, no: our cleaners bring their own vacuum, mop, bucket and tools at no extra cost. Cleaning materials are optional: add them for a flat QAR 30 per visit, which covers a typical 2–3 bedroom home, or supply your own at no charge. If you prefer our staff to use your own specialized products, that is completely fine — just let us know.

We try to keep the same cleaner on regular visits, but it isn’t guaranteed.

If you cancel a scheduled visit with at least 24 hours notice, you can roll over or reschedule up to two visits into the subsequent month. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or unnotified lockouts cannot be refunded.

Yes, with reasonable notice. One-off reschedules require 24 hours notice. Permanent changes to a different recurring slot depend on route availability and are usually coordinated within 2–3 business days.

Yes. Pausing for business travel or summer holidays is completely normal. Give us 7 days advance notice and we will freeze your monthly cycle for up to 60 days, holding your cleaner and preferred schedule until you return.

We use high-quality cleaning products that are effective on dirt and stains.

Yes. All cleaners are our own employed staff (not freelancers). We do not pass your booking to freelance platforms or third parties, which guarantees accountability, consistency, and fair treatment for the worker.

No. Most part-time clients give building concierge access or provide secure key lockbox codes once trust and familiarity are established. Cleaner arrival and completion are confirmed directly by phone or WhatsApp.

No long-term contracts. Monthly maid packages operate on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel or pause before your next monthly renewal with zero cancellation penalty fees or hidden conditions.

For one-off hourly bookings, the cleaner depends on daily availability. On part-time and monthly plans, we try to keep the same cleaner on regular visits, but it isn’t guaranteed.

Yes. Qatar households travel frequently, especially over the summer and school holidays. Inform us 48 hours in advance and your recurring schedule pauses with billing held. Your slot is reserved for your return date.

Yes. You can upgrade from 4 to 6 visits immediately at any point in the month with prorated billing, or adjust downward starting from the subsequent month's billing cycle. For more than 6 visits a month, ask us for a custom quote.
